WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Compliments Pasta (Rotini) 900 g
Unico Sundried Tomato 210 mL
Spinach
Compliments Grape Tomato 1 pint
Compliments Kalamata Sliced Olives 375 mL

How To
Boil the pasta as per instructions and save some pasta water for the dressing. Slice the onion, sundried tomatoes and spinach and slice the grape tomatoes.
Toss all the ingredients with the cooked pasta, and coat with the extra pasta water and oil from the sundried tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: Add more ingredients (like greens, tomatoes and herbs) at the last minute to get the most life out of your salad.
