A Work-From-Home Snack

An easy-to-make snack with items that are already in your pantry.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Three bananas (for approximately 30 protein balls), Compliments small peanut butter (or any nut butter you have available), Compliments Quick Oats, Compliments Cocoa Powder, Compliments Sweet Flaked Coconut (optional).

How To

Use ripe bananas and mix with oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, and peanut butter. Next, roll into bite-sized balls and sprinkle with coconut flakes for a healthy snack. Refrigerate for an hour, and enjoy. It's that easy!

Makes up to 30 balls with 3 bananas. One banana makes 10 balls. This large batch keeps nicely in the freezer, so you can eat them throughout the week or store them for snack emergencies.
