Make a homemade mango lassi with a coconut twist! In a blender, whirl together cubed mango, a few spoonfuls of plain yogurt, a splash of coconut milk and a large pinch of ground cardamom.

Tip: Add ice to the blender for a thicker, slushier texture.

Mango Salsa

Mango salsa is the easiest, most delicious topper for grilled chicken or fish. It can also add serious flavour to your tacos and makes a great dip for chips. Simply mix together diced mango, red pepper, red onions, some minced jalapenos, cilantro, a big squeeze of lime and a big pinch of salt for an instant flavour boost.
